Our membership is made up of highly successful and well-established businesses in the Surrey Hills area – and none more so than one of our Founding Members Figura.

Figura creates timeless family homes. From stand-alone design projects for individual rooms to full scale whole house projects, they pride themselves on creating well thought out individual spaces that enhance and preserve the provenance of your home whilst re-imagining it for the futures.

Their services include architectural design and spatial planning, bespoke kitchen design, whole house refurbishment, hand crafted furniture and interior design.

The FIgura team brings years of expertise, creativity, and precision to every project. Founded by principal designer Giles Slater in 1991 and jointly managed for the past 19 years with his Swedish born wife, Karin.

Whilst Giles is renowned for his creative vision, personal, down-to-earth approach, and desire for cutting edge craftsmanship that will stand the test of time. Karin is at the helm of business development and marketing and is often found collaborating with local businesses and experts.

The skilled installation team are headed up by Dave and Tim who are known for their problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, while Cathryn plays a key role in project management and interior design ensuring every job runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Each project is carefully tailored – sometimes requiring a large crew, other times keeping it small and focused.

No matter the scale, every expert they work with it local, shares their design ethos, and has a long-standing relationship with the team.

They are passionate about the combination of beauty, practicality and longevity and their business has become synonymous with vision, craftsmanship and quality of service.
